Cindy Higgins

Regional Manager

Cindy joined FEW in 2001 and has served the Pacific Northwest Region’s Willamette Valley Chapter as Secretary, Treasurer, Scholarship Chair, then President.

In 2004, she joined the Pacific Northwest Regional Board as Secretary, followed by Regional Representative, then Regional Manager (RM) from 2010-2014.  Being RM had culminated her FEW career, but in 2021, Cindy stepped forward to fill the RM position temporarily and was reelected through 2026.

After 28 years of dedicated service to the Bonneville Power Administration, Cindy retired to spend time with her family.  She enjoys watching her grandbabies playing sports and researching the family’s genealogy.
